Application fee is $45 PER PERSON 17 years of age and older. 

• Good rental history: no evictions or no money owed to a previous landlord. 

• Good job history.

• Decent credit- no late pays, past due accounts, accounts in collections, etc. We do not care about medical or student loans. We aren't looking for a specific credit score, just the activity of your credit. 

• No felonies.

• No foreclosures.

• Income must be at least three times the rent, net pay. Applicants must provide a month of paycheck stubs.

• A copy of Applicant's driver's license must be provided. 

Before filling out an application, make sure you have spoken with an agent at our office. Applicant(s) are strongly encouraged to view Property prior to submitting application. 

When applicable: there is a $500 non-refundable animal deposit per animal (2 max). No cats allowed.
